Thank you for your interest in Camerata Youth Orchestra. Our auditions are open to musicians of all races and cultures. All auditions will take place LIVE in person. Piano accompaniment is not required.

Audition Fee & Tuition
There is a non-refundable audition fee of $50. In addition to the audition fee, there are other fees and tuition.

Audition Dates/Location
New member auditions will take place Live in person on May 26 & August 24-25, 2024 at NV Factory Black Room (STE 105). NV Factory: 400 Sylvan Ave. STE 105, Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632
What to Expect at Your Audition
Auditions are 20-25 minutes long, and are heard by the Music Director. Please arrive 10 minutes before your audition time.
During your audition you will be asked to perform a solo piece of your choice, scales and sight reading. Click here for audition repertoire.
Rehearsal Information
Rehearsals will be held at the NV Factory, located at 400 Sylvan Ave. STE 100, Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632. The first rehearsal of the CYO is scheduled for Friday, September 15, 2023. CYO rehearses every Friday from 5:15-7:45 pm.
Financial Aid
Financial Aid, in the form of partial tuition scholarships, may be provided to CYO Members based on demonstrated financial need and the availability of funding. Please contact the CYO Office at info@cameratanewjersey.org for more details.
