PAYMENT OPTIONS

FEES

Registration Fee        $90 (new members only, non-refundable)

​

 

TUITION

​

Tuition is DUE on August 15, 2024.

Concert Fee is included in the tuition.

A LATE FEE OF $40 will be charged after the deadline.

 

One payment plan      $ 1,565

Two payment plan       (1st) $ 950: Due on August 15, 2024  (2nd) $ 750: Due on November 1, 2024

SIBLING (applied to SECOND CHILD) DISCOUNT    

5% discount per sibling (applied to the second/third child)  if paid in One payment plan

3% discount per sibling (applied to the second/third child)  if paid in Two payment plan

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT

If a student decides to permanently withdraw from the orchestra, she/he may qualify to receive a portion of their tuition reimbursed.  Reimbursements will be for tuition only. Audition, Registration and Other fees will not be reimbursed.

 

After the 1st rehearsal of the semester, tuition will be reimbursed at the following amounts: 

Within 2 weeks: 50% (Sep 21 - Sep 27, 2024)

Within 3 weeks: 25% (Sep 28 - Oct 4, 2024)

After 3 weeks: No tuition Reimbursement
