FEES

Registration Fee $150 (new members only, non-refundable)

TUITION
​Tuition is DUE on August 15, 2026 for returning students.
Concert Fee is included in the tuition.
$50 Late Fee applies after the deadline. Non-refundable.

Two payment plan (1st) $ 1,000: Due on August 15, 2026 (2nd) $ 950: Due on November 1, 2026​

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT Save 10%
Early Bird tuition discount applies to full tuition payments and pre-registered students only. Deadline: June 30.

SIBLING (applied to 2nd/3rd child) DISCOUNT

5% sibling discount (2nd/3rd child) for one-time payment

3% sibling discount (2nd/3rd child) for two-payment plan

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT
If a student decides to permanently withdraw from the orchestra, she/he may qualify to receive a portion of their tuition reimbursed. Reimbursements will be for tuition only. Audition, Registration and Other fees will not be reimbursed.
After the 1st rehearsal of the semester, tuition will be reimbursed at the following amounts:

Within 2 weeks: 50% (Sep 26 - Oct 2, 2026)

Within 3 weeks: 25% (Oct 3 - Oct 9, 2026)

After 3 weeks: No tuition Reimbursement
