FEES
Audition Fee $50 (new members only, non-refundable)
Registration Fee $90 (new members only, non-refundable)
TUITION
Tuition is DUE on August 31, 2023.
Concert Fee is included in the tuition.
A LATE FEE OF $40 will be charged after the deadline.
One payment plan $ 1,463.00
Two payment plan (1st) $ 950: Due on August 31, 2023 (2nd) $ 640: Due on November 1, 2023
SIBLING (applied to SECOND CHILD) DISCOUNT
5% discount per sibling (applied to the second child) if paid in One payment plan
3% discount per sibling (applied to the second child) if paid in Two payment plan
TUITION REIMBURSEMENT
If a student decides to permanently withdraw from the orchestra, she/he may qualify to receive a portion of their tuition reimbursed. Reimbursements will be for tuition only. Audition, Registration and Concert fees will not be reimbursed.
After the 1st rehearsal of the semester, tuition will be reimbursed at the following amounts:
Within 2 weeks: 50% (Sep 23 - Sep 29, 2023)
Within 3 weeks: 25% (Sep 30 - Oct 6, 2023)
After 3 weeks: No tuition Reimbursement
