Registration Fee $90 (new members only, non-refundable)

TUITION

Tuition is DUE on August 27, 2025.
Concert Fee is included in the tuition.
$40 Late Fee applies after the deadline. Non-refundable.
Camerata Youth Orchestra
One payment plan $ 1,799
Two payment plan (1st) $ 950: Due on August 27, 2025 (2nd) $ 850: Due on November 1, 2025

Camerata Youth Chamber Music Program (per member)
One payment plan $ 1,099
Two payment plan (1st) $ 600: Due on August 31, 2025 (2nd) $ 500: Due on November 1, 2025

SIBLING (applied to SECOND CHILD) DISCOUNT
5% discount per sibling (applied to the second/third child) if paid in One payment plan
3% discount per sibling (applied to the second/third child) if paid in Two payment plan

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT
If a student decides to permanently withdraw from the orchestra, she/he may qualify to receive a portion of their tuition reimbursed. Reimbursements will be for tuition only. Audition, Registration and Other fees will not be reimbursed.
After the 1st rehearsal of the semester, tuition will be reimbursed at the following amounts:
Within 2 weeks: 50% (Sep 20 - Sep 26, 2025)
Within 3 weeks: 25% (Sep 27 - Oct 3, 2025)
After 3 weeks: No tuition Reimbursement
