FEE, TUITION AND OTHER POLICY
CISMF Fee & Tuition
Please make All checks payable to CAMERATA NEW JERSEY.
*Please note tuitions paid by credit card will be charged a 4% processing fee. To avoid this additional cost please pay tuition by check. Please include the name of the student on the check. The application fee and tuition deposit are non-refundable.

Application Fees: $150 USD is required with your application.

Tuition/Room & Board: $1,250 USD. This total includes tuition, Gonjiam residence (housing and meals) and Transportation service.

Tuition Deposit: $100 USD is required with your application. This deposit holds your spot and is applied towards tuition but is non-refundable if you do not attend CISMF.

Tuition is due on or before December 31, 2019. The first monthly installment must be started prior to the due date on December 31 if you choose option #3.

Private lesson fee is not included in tuition.

Airfare from US to Korea is not included in tuition.

Three monthly payment plan(Dec-Jan-Feb): $500-450-450 per month on three monthly payment plan (Total tuition is $1400.00 including application fee)
Tuition Assistance and Scholarship Information
Tuition Assistance is granted on a financial need basis. We have limited Tuition Aid funds and assistance will be granted to students with the greatest financial need first. To apply for assistance please contact the office.
Other Policy
Cancellation Policy

The Tuition deposit is non-refundable for students that do not attend CISMF.

50% of tuition will be refunded if canceled before 3/1/2020.

No tuition will be refunded if canceled on or after 4/1/2020.
Insurance
Every participant is responsible for his/her own travel/medical insurance. We also strongly recommend to carry trip cancellation insurance, in case some unforeseeable circumstances may prevent you from participation after you already paid for the program. This may allow you to claim any related to the participation costs paid to the Festival.
Waiver Form
Parents must sign for their OWN children (not friends or relatives) or those for whom they serve as legal guardian if the children are 13 or younger.
Concert Attire
1. CYOC shirt & dark bottom
2. CYO - long dress in black (girls), black tuxedo or suit, white shirt, black bow tie, black shoes (boys)
CYC - CYC uniform, gold tie
Music Stand (CYO only)
Students must bring their own music stand.
